Pricing and Helpful Hints
Please note: there is a $25.00 minimum on all work. A $100 deposit is required on larger jobs. Some jobs require a $20.00 set-up fee (example: certificates). All Texas residents will be assessed 8.25% for sales tax.

(special note: I offer three minor revisions to the artwork. There is an additional charge of $50 for any changes thereafter).
High Resolution files in a JPEG or TIFF format:
Monogram designs: starting at $100. Pricing subject to change based on the complexity of the monogram.
Names only for an invitation: $100
Full Invitation design: starting at $250
Response Card design: starting at $90
Return Address for backs of envelopes: starting at $50
RSVP full address: starting at $75 (both RSVP and back flap address – $100)
Envelopes:
Pointed Pen Script Styles (Spencerian or Contemporary Pointed Pen – these are the styles that use ink and my dipping pen)
-Single (outer envelope only, unlined) $2.50
-Double (outer and inner, unlined) $3.25
-Lined or dark colored envelopes, add .15 per envelope
-Return Address on back flap, additional $1.00 per envelope (it is preferred to have this printed on your envelopes; digital artwork can be provided)
-Ink Colors: black, chocolate brown, gold. Additional charges ($10+) may apply for special colors.
-Additional lines on envelopes (there are typically three lines per address, not including the zip code), add .75 per added line on addresses.
Monoline Script Style
written with fine, felt-tipped colored pens rather than my calligraphy pen. Written simply or flourished. Provides a less expensive option for your event.
-Outer envelopes, $1.75
-A set of both outer and inner, $2.25
-Add .15 per lined or dark colored envelope
-Return address, add an additional .75 per envelope (it is best to have this printed on your envelopes; digital artwork can be provided)
Extras:
Place Cards: $1.25 each. Dark colored place cards, $1.50 each.
Escort cards/envelopes: $1.50 each
Bridal Books: $1.00 per name.

Calligrapher may be contacted by phone or email. Emails are typically replied to on a same-day basis. Calligrapher is available to meet with clients by appointment only, preferably at calligrapher’s residence.
Payment
Estimates can be given prior to acceptance of the job. For larger jobs, a $50 deposit is required prior to beginning job. Charges are to be paid by the client upon completion of job (when the work is returned to the client). If a rush order is requested, an additional $25.00 will be added to the bill. Checks are to be made out to: Jennifer Lavin. Texas residents will be assessed 8.25% for sales tax. Items shipped within the state of Texas are also assessed at 8.25%. Checks that are returned for insufficient funds will receive a $25 fee from Jennifer.
Pick-Up and Delivery
For orders picked up and delivered back to the stationer by the calligrapher, add $30.00 for travel time.
It is preferred that the client delivers and picks up their order at the calligrapher’s house.
Out-of-state brides: I have found UPS to be our best option for shipping.
Add-On Addresses
Please call or email the calligrapher with add-on names or corrections while the job is being done, before it is returned to you.
After delivery of main order, it will be the responsibility of the client to pick up/deliver any additions or redoes, because of incorrect address, to calligrapher’s home (with the exception of returned envelopes with mistakes in addressing made by calligrapher, which will then be calligrapher’s responsibility).
Tax~ All Texas residents and items shipped within the state of Texas will be assessed 8.25% for sales tax.
